Wide Belt Sanders Machine
    • The wide belt sander frame is made of heavy-duty plate and ribbed to minimize vibration and deflection.
    • The table is supported by heavy-duty jack screws. The high-quality convey belt is controlled with an auto-tracking assembly.
    • Contact drum is insulated with heavy-duty rubber. In addition to standard 75 (or 60) shore hardness drums, there are also models with hardness varying from 50 to 90 shore.
    • The air disc brakes will stop the wide belt sanders if the emergency stop or limit switch is tripped. The machine will automatically stop is the power is turned off.

    • The Grainmatic lacquered panel wide belt sander is specially designed for the finishing of lacquered panels and thin slice and solid wood sanding.
    • These wide belt sanders are constructed with specially designed, full rubber contact drums, an infinitely variable wide abrasive belt speed controlled by a high performance transistor invertor, an oscillating blower for abrasive belt cleaning, and a panel cleaning brush for cleaning the workpieces.
    • The lacquered panel wide belt sanders are built with a single head configuration, with a choice of width capacity from 24" to 48".
