The GOIGN.E Lacquered Panel Wide Belt Sander is specially designed for the finishing of lacquered panels and thin slice and solid wood sanding. These sanders are constructed with specially designed, full rubber contact drums, an infinitely variable abrasive belt speed controlled by a high performance transistor invertor, an oscillating blower for abrasive belt cleaning, and a panel cleaning brush for cleaning the workpieces. The Lacquered panel sanders are built with a single head configuration, with a choice of width capacity from 24" to 48".

OSCILLATING BLOWER
The machine is equipped with an oscillating blower, located over the idle roller, to remove dust from the abrasive belt.
Machine automatically stops in case of belt breakage or insufficient air pressure.

FULL RUBBER CONTACT DRUM
The specially designed full rubber contact drum makes this machine well suited for the final finishing of lacquered panels.

CONVENIENT BELT CHANGE AND TENSION ADJUSTMENT
The sanding head is equipped with a quick release head support for fast and convenient belt replacement. Belt tension can be simply adjusted by turning the belt tension lever.

AUTOMATIC BELT TRACKING
The air cylinder is fitted under the conveyor table that automatically controls the conveyor belt, keeping it on track at all times..		 PANEL CLEANING BRUSH
The machine is equipped with a cleaning brush, located over the outfeed conveyor, to remove dust from the workpieces as they exit the machine.
BODY ACTIVATED EMERGENCY STOP BAR
The body activated emergency stop bar is situated at the normal working position. If pushed, the machine will immediately shut down all operations, ensuring the safety of the operator.		 INFINITELY VARIABLE FEED SPEED
The abrasive belt speed is controlled by a transistor invertor fitted on the machine. The infinitely variable belt speed makes this machine well suited for lacquered panel sanding.

DISC BRAKE MECHANISM
The disc brake mechanism provides a positive and instant shut down of the machine motions. The mechanism is activated in the event of belt mistracking or breakage or when the body activated emergency stop bar is pushed.

 VARIABLE FEED SPEED RATE
The conveyor feed speed rate is infinitely adjustable, making this machine well suited for sanding a wide variety of wood materials. The feed rate can be conveniently adjusted by turning the speed selector knob.
